Margo most recently served as Managing Director with Cambridge Associates, and currently leverages a twenty-year career touching all aspects of early and growth stage companies.
As the CIO for S-Cubed, Margo oversees an expansive portfolio of assets including public and private holdings, multiple real estate LLCs, and a diversified direct investment program. She also leads internal management, and provides strategic focus for the family’s significant philanthropic program.
In this discussion, we dig into what it means to build out an institutional strategy at a single-family office, how Margo thinks about their allocation to venture, and just how important it is for S-Cubed (and for all LPs really) to clearly tell a differentiated story in order to get access to the best VC fund managers in the industry.
